Employees receive basic life benefits fully paid by SFI.
If an employee is disabled (beyond an elimination period) because of injury or illness, the employee is eligible to receive a weekly benefit. This benefit is fully paid by SFI.

Employees begin accruing paid time off annually at SFI. Additionally, we observe paid holidays per calendar year.
