Program Description

The U.S. Census GSS BPA is a contract vehicle established to provide comprehensive geographic, cartographic, and program management support to the Census Bureau’s Geography Division. The BPA supports the planning, operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Census Bureau’s core geospatial systems, most notably the Master Address File/Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing (MAF/TIGER) system, and enables the Census Bureau to issue call orders for mission-critical geographic data, mapping, and analytical services in support of decennial censuses, surveys, and ongoing statistical programs.
