The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Information Technology Program and Project Support (IPS) BPA is a single-award contract vehicle established to provide enterprise-wide IT program and project management, technical support, and modernization services across FDA and its Centers. The BPA supports a broad range of activities including IT governance, strategic planning, concept development, systems modernization, operations and maintenance (O&M), and the adoption of emerging technologies. IPS enables FDA to effectively manage complex, regulated IT portfolios while ensuring alignment with federal policies, security requirements, and the Agency’s mission to protect and promote public health.
