The National Science Foundation (NSF) Information Technology Business Application Support (ITBAS) BPA is a single-award contract vehicle established to provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for NSF’s business and mission applications. The BPA enables NSF to efficiently modernize, enhance, operate, and maintain critical IT systems that support core business functions such as grants management, financial management, human resources, IT security, and enterprise IT operations. ITBAS emphasizes agility, scalability, and innovation, supporting full system development life cycle (SDLC) services, cloud adoption, DevSecOps, artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), robotic process automation (RPA), and research and development initiatives aligned with NSF’s mission to advance science and engineering.
