The FAA eFAST is a multi-year, multiple-award Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) that serves as the FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for fulfilling small business goals by streamlining the procurement of a broad range of professional, technical, and support services through a web-based acquisition system with automated workflows compliant with FAA acquisition standards. eFAST supports various contract types, including Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursable, Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour orders, and covers multiple functional areas such as engineering, business administration, computer systems support, information systems development, and documentation and training, providing an efficient, flexible platform for agencies to obtain mission-critical services.
