As an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle, the MAS streamlines procurement by reducing acquisition time and administrative burden while ensuring fair and reasonable pricing, and it organizes offerings by Special Item Numbers (SINs) to make buying faster and more transparent for government customers.
